Probably won't order from them again.If you’re a Disney fan, then you’ve probably heard about great deals people snag at Disney Outlets in Orlando. I can return it and then reorder it at the sales price but who has the time. I was also told that they don't offer any adjustments on purchase price ever - company policy. Apparently it had been shipped earlier that day but the information wasn't yet updated on the account. I contacted customer service to find out why it had yet to ship (the payment had posted almost immediately) and also request a credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the sales price ($69). I checked my order status/account after 5 days and discovered (1) the bag had yet to be shipped, and (2) it was now on sale. Love my bags, but.Recently placed an order and received automated confirmation response for order but never received a follow-up confirmation for shipping. This would be a ZERO star review if that were possible. Terrible customer service and company policies They do not support their products so beware. I will never purchase another Dooney & Bourke item as long as I live, and will tell anyone who expresses an interest that Dooney & Bourke is a terrible company. They have lost a loyal customer over a $205 purse. He was finally able to communicate well enough to tell me that basically, it sucks to be me and that Dooney & Bourke is not going to do anything about this purse and that the company couldn't care less that I've been a valuable customer whom, in the last 12 years – at least – has carried no purse but a Dooney & Bourke. I don't mind working with customer service reps around the world, as long as I can understand them. I called customer service, and sadly, but not surprisingly, was connected to a customer service representative in a Third World country. You can imagine my shock and disappointment when I opened my beautiful Dooney & Bourke purse today and saw that above the zipper, on that beautiful red lining, is a cut in the fabric that is as straight as the zipper itself. I was so excited when I was released from the hospital to get back home, but really more excited because I knew my Dooney & Bourke purse was waiting for me. For the entire month of July, my disability became an urgent situation, and I was hospitalized for that entire time, in ICU for a good bit of it. My lovely Dooney & Bourke purse arrived on June 23. First, it is important to understand that I am a disabled grandmother. I have have never had a complaint, until now. I have been a Dooney & Bourke customer for decades. Now it just seems they ship when they feel like it. I just hope the bags arrive! I don't expect everyone to be like Amazon but 2 weeks before an item gets shipped is a long time - unless you would set the expectation when the goods are purchased. Emails from different service advisors each time so no personal touch. No apologies for the miscommunication or delay. When I sent a copy of my order with my UK address, I finally received confirmation of the items being shipped - that day. When I questioned this, they insisted that was my shipping address even though I told them I am located in the UK - see attached pic. When I asked for details, they sent me proof of delivery for an address in the US. When I finally chased the last order, I was told it had been delivered. The orders do not get shipped for weeks, and you have no idea why. Twice now, this has led to disappointment. But as I find the bags still worth it, I pursued with my orders. You must display consumer product prices including VAT. The brand is let down by the online customer service and experience: When you shop online from the UK, you get the prices excluding VAT on the site and in your trolley, and the VAT only gets added on checkout. I have multiple Dooney and Bourke bags, one bought in store while I was in the US, another 5 I bought at their online store.
